It is made with the best Sangiovese grapes, then fermented (salasso) and put into another tank to continue the alcoholic fermentation. The result is a fresh, simple wine with a color that varies from year to year, sometimes tending to orange, some others to pink. Beside the dedication to my daughter, I wanted to create a wine that differs from all the others and that can let everybody know some of the characteristics and opportunities that may arise from our Sangiovese.
