The apartment is divided into three rooms and consists of a living room with dining area and kitchenette (four burners, refrigerator, sink), a bedroom with double bed, a mezzanine room with double bed, and a bathroom with shower.

The entrance is from the garden, partly shaded by the wisteria that covers the wooden pergola. The apartment is divided into two rooms and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, with a dining area and kitchenette (four burners, refrigerator, sink), a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. There is also a fireplace that recreates the typical atmosphere of a Chianti kitchen.
